Mortgage changes

We are improving the competitiveness on some of our 3 year fixed rates at 75% LTV, by reducing them by up to 0.07%.

Our best remortgage fixed rates at 75% LTV are:

	2 year at 6.03%, £999 fee
	3 year at 5.99%, £999 fee
	5 year at 5.93%, £1,499 fee

The CURRENT range will be withdrawn at 10pm the day before - Monday 12th May 2008. FULL applications must be submitted by this time in order to secure a booking on the product.
